ASM International has been monitoring the development of COVID-19 and assessing its possible impacts on all of the organizations’ activities. They consult with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, the World Health Organization (WHO) website and local partners and government.  As of today, the event will remain on schedule.

ASM International prioritizes the health and safety of members, customers, partners and staff who are attending our events. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves on a near-daily basis, they continue to monitor updates and follow protocols established by all local, state and federal health officials. Should the situation change, they will provide updates on the event website and provide additional status and information.

The COVID-19 outbreak is a fluid and potentially volatile situation. ASM Operations is dedicated to maintaining situational awareness, to recognize and mitigate risks, and to be and remain agile, so they can respond accordingly. As response to this situation evolves, they will make appropriate communications and updates.
